How to choose the best frozen meat for you and your family
Sam’s Gourmet Foods has unveiled a new range of frozen meat to help it tackle the challenge of the meat industry.
Sam’s Gumbo, which is available in two flavours, is made from beef, pork and chicken, and is packed with flavour.
The meat is also free of additives and preservatives, and Sam’s says it uses no antibiotics, growth hormones or growth hormones-related substances.
It is sold by the 1:3 pack and will be available in a range of stores nationwide starting this week.
Sam said it had been hard to come up with a better choice for its customers and was excited to offer them the opportunity to experience it at home.
“We’ve seen a lot of people who are looking for a new way to enjoy their meals, and it is great that people can now enjoy frozen meat at home,” Mr Hulme said.
Sam has already sold some of the 1,300 frozen meats it has produced.
The company also recently launched a meat and cheese range and has plans to introduce a vegan meat and dairy range.
Sam says it was looking to grow its global sales from 100,000 tonnes to 200,000 tons by the end of 2019, and to reach a further 250,000 by 2020.
“Our plan is to deliver at least 50 per cent of our annual sales through the frozen meat business,” Mr Hurme said on the company’s website.
“I believe we will be successful by 2020.”
