What you need to know about the gourmet food scene in Italy
A Gourmet Food Court has been opened in Naples.
The Italian city is known for its vibrant food scene, and a new one is set to open next month, in the heart of the Naples metropolitan area.
The gourmet restaurant will open in the upscale part of the city, located on the city’s main avenue, which has a famous gourmet market.
Giuseppe Fortunato, the city government’s chief planning and development officer, said that the Gourmet Restaurant was a big idea in Naples, where there is an active food market, with the aim of expanding the market.
“The Gourmet is a new concept for a city with a large number of small and medium-sized businesses, but we are also looking at how the food is presented in the restaurants and the way it is presented, which means that we are looking at different approaches to the food,” he said.
He said the restaurant will be based on an open kitchen concept, with chefs and bakers working together to create the food, which will be available for the public.
Giuseppo Fortunatello is a partner at the culinary design firm Ponte Vecchio, which is involved in projects in Naples and Italy.
“We have been working with Giuseppe for a long time, and we have always been interested in the concept of the food.
He’s a great guy, and he knows how to create delicious food,” Ponte Vucchio founder Carlo D’Amore told AFP.
In addition to the restaurant, a gourmet retail store is set for construction next year, with a menu and retail space set to follow.
Giustina De Sanctis, who is also a partner in the development, said the city had seen a huge growth in restaurants since the early 2000s.
“Since then we have seen a rise in the number of restaurants and gourmet shops in Italy.
And with the increasing popularity of restaurants, and the expansion of the market, there has been an increase in the demand for food products, especially food from fresh produce,” she said.”
In the last few years, the number and quality of gourmet products has increased,” she added.
The city government expects to open the first gourmet grocery store in the next two years, with another opening in 2020.
It’s not just restaurants that are expanding, as restaurants are also expanding in supermarkets.
A new supermarket will open next year in Rome, offering fresh produce, meat, cheeses and bread, and it will be opened to all Italians.
In the first phase, a bakery will open, while the first supermarket will have a food section.
The expansion of supermarkets has seen the number grow from 10,000 to 1.5 million.
