There are a lot of people in the world who love food.

People with a passion for eating and baking.
But some people just like eating it raw.
There’s the one person who enjoys it as much as you do.
They love it, they’re not afraid to eat it raw, and they love the taste.
That’s the person who is called a chef.
And that person is Claudia St. James.
Claudia has been making food for a living for over 20 years.
When she’s not at work, she’s out cooking and baking her own food in her backyard.
The first thing you notice when you walk into Claudia’s kitchen is the smell of fresh ingredients.
She has a big, bright green kitchen that’s filled with so many jars of homemade foods.

She started making food at age 13, and by the time she was 24, she had a restaurant in Manhattan.
Claudia says that she didn�t know what she wanted to do when she started cooking, but she knew that cooking was her passion.
She wanted to be able to share it with others.
In the past few years, Claudia has started her own restaurants in the New York area, in Los Angeles and in Portland, Oregon.
She opened her first New York restaurant in 2006.
That was just before the Great Recession.
Claudia started selling raw ingredients at a small restaurant in New York.
Then, she opened her own restaurant in California.
Now, she also sells at a large restaurant, including the famous New York diner, the Gourmet Kitchen, in Long Beach, California.
She also opened a vegan restaurant in Los Alamitos, California, in 2014.
Claudia�s vegan restaurants are always full.
She�s always bringing in new ingredients.
And the customers are always supportive of the freshness.
And Claudia is so passionate about the raw food movement, and the whole raw food concept.
Her food is always made from raw materials, and if you want to make it, you have to be careful with how you make it.
If you’re going to cook it, it has to be done the right way.
She does all her own cooking and she doesn�t use any chemicals.
The raw food is just what she likes.
She says that it�s like cooking in the old days.
Back in the 1950s, people didn�tea was the most important food in the house.
The idea of cooking in a home with raw food was unheard of.
She said that in the late 1980s, a lot was changed, but the concept of raw food has always remained the same.
It just so happens that Claudia is a certified gourmet chef.
That means that she knows her food.
